I write this blog as a hobby. All opinions expressed are entirely mine and will be frank and fearless (oh yes, I was, at one point, a public servant!).
Because maintaining a blog is a costly hobby (if for no other reason than the time commitment required), paid advertising or sponsored posts may, at times, appear on the blog, provided they are in the general spirit of Fabulous Food and a Little Frolicking. I love to try new products, foods, innovations and experiences in the healthy living/food space and where these have been provided to me free of charge, I will always disclose this clearly in the post. In such instances, my opinion will never be influenced by the receipt of a free product or other form of compensation.
